Haven&#039;t gotten any okra in my CSA bag yet this year, but when I do I may try your recipe, despite the home economists&#039; attempts to make me fear adjusting a canning recipe for any reason! (I leave the caps on okra either way--and eat them. They&#039;re fine.)</description>
