Our new holiday tradition: family ginger bread house contruction. My wife made the dough a couple of days ahead, then cut the pieces for the houses according to a pattern and baked them. The houses were “glued” together with icing the night before. Then we set loose the kids–daughter and cousins–with all sorts of candy decorations. This is the result.
