Sorry to disappoint those of you tuning in for our weekly musings on the food news. I have an early appointment this morning to learn CPR at the elementary school where I teach my “food appreciation” classes. Cook, writer, cardio-pulminary resuscitator, that’s me. Meanwhile, enjoy the day, spring is almost here. We’ll be back on Monday.
