We'll have plenty of carrots for a while

It’s amazing how many carrots can be grown in a small space. These “Early Coreless” carrots were planted April 27 in a space 24 inches wide and 30 inches deep. In our part of the country, carrots store themselves in the soil. We can harvest them all winter long.

We have another batch already sprouted.
