Lunch for Dinner

With a bit of chill in the air, my wife turned dinner into a celebration of one of our favorite comfort meals: tomato soup and grilled cheese sandwiches.
The soup is made by hand with love. And since the calendar still says summer, she turned a big, plump slicing tomato into insalata caprese with basil leaves and fresh mozzarella cheese.
Life is good….
