A Riot of Brassicae

We scored a “giant” kohlrabi during our most recent visit to the farmers market in Troy and my wife turned it into our favorite kohlrabi gratin with cream and Gruyere cheese.
In addition, she made a fabulous cream soup from broccoli that had been hibernating in the crisper drawer. Toss a fresh salad with bell pepper and you’ve got a picture perfect dinner.
